Rates

Our rates are industry standard, and depend on multiple factors like the way we have remote access (if at all), perhaps travel time, risks caused by external factors, etc. The table below is an indication.

Consultancy	$150 per hour	Discounts available for non-profit organisations or custom work, or buying hours in bulk.
Maintenance	$50 per vm per month of $100 per physical server per month	Based on remote access, combination discounts are possible.
Emergency support during office hours	$500 per month	By default, support is based on best effort (usually next business day). With emergency support during office hours we will look into your problem within 2 hours, and usually even faster, between 08.00 and 17.00 during work days. We will agree on an SLA.
Emergency support 24×7	$1.500 per month	By default, support is based on best effort (usually next business day). With emergency support we will looking into your problem within 2 hours, and usually even faster, 365 days a year, 24 hours per day. We will agree on an SLA.

Rates are in USD, excluding 6%OB (OB only applies to customers residing on Curacao without an exemption).
